The live in-person exam option is available in lieu of the video submission in select cities* for an in-person exam experience. You must receive approval and confirmation of date and time from the Teacher Training Department before selecting this option.

EXAM SUBMISSION STEPS
Upon payment completion you will receive two emails:
One email to confirm successful payment and the second email with instructions on how to proceed with your L1 exam submission as detailed in your Exam Submission Package on the L1 Training Resource Webpage.
Please add examsubmissions@essentrics.com to your safe contact list as this is the primary source for all Essentrics exam-related communication.

LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Practical teaching hours: 30 hours taught as an Apprentice Essentrics® Instructor
You are required to teach the hour-long PCW1 routine 30 times as your Apprentice hours. One participant after each class session must sign the provided signature form as proof, which you will submit upon completion of this component.
Theoretical evaluation: Multiple choice and short answer evaluation
Based on the Level 1 curriculum.
Practical evaluation: Live in-person class or video recording of the 1-hr PCW1 routine
Once you have completed your 30 Apprentice hours. Recorded video submission of PCW1 demonstrating your ability to teach a non-stop, fluid, one-hour class with clear execution, tempo, explanations, objectives and modifications (when applicable) of the exercises and a basic understanding of techniques and applicable anatomy.
