The live exam option is available in lieu of the video submission in select cities* for an in-person exam experience. You must receive approval and confirmation of date and time from the Teacher Training Department before selecting this option.

EXAM SUBMISSION STEPS
Upon payment completion you will receive two emails:
One email to confirm successful payment and the second email with instructions on how to proceed with your L2 exam submission as detailed in your Exam Submission Package on the L2 Training Resource Webpage.
Please add examsubmissions@essentrics.com to your safe contact list as this is the primary source for all Essentrics exam-related communication.

LEVEL 2 CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Practical teaching hours: 18 hours taught as a Certified Level 1 Essentrics® Instructor
You are required to teach 18 one-hour Apprentice classes using any Essentrics Pre-Choreographed Workout of your choice. One participant after each class session must sign the provided signature form as proof, which you will submit upon completion of this component.
Theoretical evaluation: Four Trademark sequence tables
Four completed tables to complement your four Trademark sequences.
Practical evaluation: Live in-person or video demonstration of 4 Trademark sequences
Once you have completed your 18 Apprentice hours. Recorded video submission or live demonstration of four Trademark sequences with a Level 2 understanding and use of techniques, objectives, imagery, tempo, modifications and anatomy.
