Rebalance Your Connective Tissue (all-standing – 30min.)
Melt away any hardened or congealed blockages within your connective tissue with this 30-minute all-standing, rebalancing workout. This full-body workout will stretch and strengthen the connective tissue network that surrounds your entire body, allowing you to increase flexibility and work into every large and small muscle in between. You’ll feel balanced, pain free, and full of energy for the rest of your day.
Release and Rebuild Your Fascia (standing & barre – 30min.)
This standing and barre workout will rehydrate, loosen, and rebalance every inch of fascia while focusing on loosening your hips and strengthening the alignment of your feet and ankles. By working all of your muscles, bones, and connective tissue in proper alignment, you will rebuild the collagen fibers of your fascia that will give you a bounce in your step. In just 30 minutes you’ll dispel any feelings of stiffness or “locked down” muscles and connective tissue.
